VISITORS

Our church family is comprised of young and old with a mixture of backgrounds.

Worship services are a time of joyful worship and praise, with a variety of traditional songs provided by our choir and other musicians.

Pastor Jay preaches Bible-based messages that are timely and applicable.

At the end of each service, the congregation is typically invited to respond to the message – to accept Christ as Savior, to make a spiritual decision, or simply to pray. Counseling is available during this time as well.

Services generally last about one hour.

CHURCH MEMBERSHIP

How do I become a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church?

In order to become a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church, you must first:

  • You must be able to give a good testimony of how you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior
  • You have been baptized (by immersion)
  • You have to be interviewed by the Pastor. In this interview you will be asked to give your testimony about your salvation.

We also ask that you read carefully the church’s Constitution and Bylaws. This gives you our beliefs and will help you decide if you would like to call Lighthouse Baptist Church your home church.

Our Pastor can help you with this process. Once you decide that you want to join the church you must set up a time for your interview with our Pastor. The Pastor can come to your home or a time can be set up to meet before or after a church service. Please contact us any time during this process if you have questions.
